Our design scheme explores a floating colorful volume that displays the company`s signature orange color which glows in the night. 

In this way, we are able to highlight 25% of total built area for dedicated office and gathering spaces. The remaining 75% area is used as storage facility.  

Colored translucent facade panels mainly cover public areas such as lobby space, product display area, large meeting room and a dining area. All these spaces can be used separately or all at the same time for the client to host functions. Therefore, it was important for the design team to establish distinct atmospheric setting for each by introducing vibrant shadow hues and evocative cast. 

The project successfully combines innovative material technology and creative imagination.
